Paradise park farm on Koh Samui
Paradise park is undisputedly one of the most popular places on Koh Samuis. It is located on top of Khao Phom mountain and offers incredible views over tropical jungle and the azure coastline of Koh Samui. The park occupies more than 20 acres with open-air enclosers for the animals, a restaurant and a swimming pool. All areas are connected by paths so that you can walk around comfortably and watch the animals in their natural habitat.
A world of happy animals
The first to greet you at the park entrance is a smiling caretaker with a pail of bird feed, showing you the way to the parrot aviaries so that you can feed them by hand.
Then you will be flocked by gluttonous and colourful pigeons that roam the territory freely. Just a few steps away you can take a picture with an iguana, a yellow and blue aro parrot and a gorgeous cockatoo that you can hold. No visitor passes on a chance to take these pictures.
A family of spotted sambar deer are the favorite pets in Paradise park. You can feed those graceful animals by hand with the feed that the caretakers sell for only 20 baht. There are few places in the world where you can touch these animals. If you take kids on this tour, they will get unforgettable memories. Don't forget the shy pony and the timid ostrichs in the neighbouring enclosures, they also like the feed. When you tire a cozy pavilion nearby will sit all of your family to rest and to admire the views over the jungle.
A holiday for the whole family
After a long walk, you may rest and have lunch at the park's restaurant. The best way to relax after a sumptuous lunch is to head for the deck chairs by the infinity swimming pool with incredible Koh Samui coastline vistas. You can also take a towel for a deposit of 200 baht.
