How to Cancel Your Booking

If you decide to cancel your excursion booking: inform our consultant at gosamuitours.com about your decision and ensure that they receive your message.

Online bookings made through gosamuitours.com are subject to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation up to 5 days before the tour date: full refund excluding 4.5% credit card or Paypal fees.
• Cancellation from 5 days before the tour date: booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation is always possible in the following situations:

• In case of unexpected illness or injury, we will refund you in full. Please provide us with a doctor's statement confirming that you or your companions were ill and unable to travel.
• In case of the death of any tour participant or their family members.
• In case of adverse weather conditions. If the weather prevents the excursion from taking place and the tour operator decides to cancel the tour, you will either be rebooked for another date or refunded in full.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered by an insurance policy, you may file a claim according to that policy.

In the case of deposit payment in advance, we reserve the right to retain the deposit as an administrative fee.

Already booked tours cannot be canceled and rebooked if special offers are available. This applies to all deals and any other special offers that may be available.

Refunds

Any refund agreed upon with the management of gosamuitours.com will be processed within 10 days.
