koh Wua Talap
Our next stop will be the Koh Wua Talap inhabitated by wild monkeys. This is a real tropical paradise with its fine sand beach and picture perfect virgin nature. You will ascend to the height of 500 meters to reach a viewpoint that overlooks the Angthong National Marine Park's beautiful islands. After a delicious lunch at the island's restaurant you may take a break from new experiences and emotions, relax on the beach or visit the Lotus cave to see unique stalatites and stalagmites.
But that is not all! Your next adventure stop will be the Koh Mae, Mother island in Thai language. The legend says that it was an eruption from this ancient volcano that created the islands of the Angthong National Marine Park. Nowadays the volcano is dormant and its crater holds the Talay Nay lake, better known as the 'Emerald lake'. You will have a splendid view over the lake and the national park from the island's viewpoint. You will also have a chance to descend to the lake to admire its unusually coloured waters from a close distance.
